The personal touch

Here at Access Smile, we believe in offering a comprehensive and personal service to our patients having dental treatment overseas. We know that there is more organisation involved in having dental treatment overseas than popping down to your local surgery, which is why we are with you every step of the way.

Dental Treatment OverseasEach of our patients has a dedicated treatment consultant who is their first point of contact for all queries and concerns. Once you have contacted us via email or phone to register your interest in dental treatment overseas, one of our treatment consultants will get in touch to answer your questions, send you information providing an overview of what we offer and, if you want to proceed, will provide you with a quote.

There are three ways you get a quote from us:

  1. Visit our Dublin clinic for an in-person assessment. Talk to the friendly and welcoming clinical staff there about your specific dental needs and they will give you a full examination, including x-rays.
  2. If you live some distance from Dublin, you can send dental x-rays and consultation information direct to Budapest for a treatment plan. For UK-based patients, we can book a consultation appointment at a nearby location.
  3. Visit Budapest in person and see our team there for your consultation. This gives the added benefit that you get to meet the staff, see the pristine facilities and you may even be able to talk to other patients about their experience.

If you are happy with your treatment plan and quotation, the next step is to arrange travel and accommodation. One of our patient co-ordinators in Budapest will take care of this for you, and will send you your travel documents, schedule and clinic appointments, so you don’t have to think about any of that – we take care of it for you.

All the staff at our Budapest clinic are fluent in English, so you can discuss the specifics of your treatment with them once you arrive and they can answer any questions you may have. You can make changes to your treatment at this point and ask them for additional help such as conscious sedation if you are feeling nervous.
